On watercolor paper I traced the stencil with a lead pencil and used Nuance as watercolor. Each section (flowers, leaves and background) were worked step by step with drying time in between. I wet each petal and sprinkled with powder giving time for the particules of color to work. For the leaves I used a brush to spread the color and create shadows. Once the flowers and leaves dried, I made the background and added texture with a stencil and distress ink. At the end I used a white Uni-ball pen to add light.
