Born and raised in Boucherville, QC.
I have always been creative.
After earning a degree in Hispanic Study,
I became an artisan and have been creating art since.
In the early 1990’s, my husband Daniel, my sister Nathalie and I founded
Magenta. Surrounded by talented artists, our company has continued to grow and we are proud to offer new stamp images and embellishments for every occasion and every season.
My passion for rubber stamping and scrapbooking has allowed me to share
ideas and discover new techniques.
The places I have been promoting Magenta
and the wonderful people I have met during this creative journey will forever inspire me.
When we Created Magenta in the early 90’s, it was just for fun.
This fun pastime quickly
became a full time job for all of us and a pleasure because it is an artistic and creative business.
I am more involved in the artistic department, designing rubber stamps, Peel off’s, and other products. I do find myself working in production and doing manufacturing tasks.
Teaching, demo’s and sharing knowledge and accidental artistic discoveries is another
way I contribute to the promotion and sale of Magenta Products.
One more very important duty I have at Magenta is the care and cuddling of our five Magenta Mascot cats…
Needless to say, Magenta no longer has a rodent problem!
Hi, I’m Valerie.
I am the artistic director at Magenta, I got a graphic designer degree and been doing Illustration works my whole adult life.
I adore any form of art, including drawing, painting, sculpting, singing and dancing. You name it, I’ve done it! I am outgoing and I try to enjoy life everyday without letting problems weigh me down.
I’m the proud mother of Florence (8 years old) and Eliot the Chihuahua (3 years old).
I always been facinated with wild life, nature and out of the ordinary creatures which led me to be the owner of 3 beautiful reptiles. I love them all with all my heart and they are my main inspiration when I scrap or when
I create stamp designs for Magenta.

A true born artist, I have been creating since the age of 5. In school my passion was arts and entertainment Dancing 16 hours per day and creating art 10 hours per day. I now have a BAC in primary and preschool teaching.
At the end of my studies, I became the happy mom of pretty Émilianne (1996), and then splendid Charly (2002) and adorable Noah (2008). A little after Charly’s birth I dived in creating canvas of all sort, watercolor, acrylics and more specifically in 2006 I discovered scrapbooking which totally dazzled me, with all I could do with it, photography, drawing with copics, alterations of papers and various mediums and especially card making (one of my biggest passions)… In short everything to fill my heart … and filling my home with amazing memories.

My name is Caroline, Caro, known as K-Lolo on the online forums. I am a married stay
at home Mom of two children that I adore:
Adam “Dynamite” 3 years old and Arielle ”The Artist” 5 years old. I also have a beautiful 16-year-old stepdaughter.
In 2004 a few weeks after the birth of my daughter, I jumped into scrapbooking with

Feet and began my adventure. Creating exciting new layouts helps me escape from everyday life and energizes me. Scrapbooking leads me to unexpected places. I think of myself as a smiling positive person.

Carrie is 33 years old, she's a stay at home mom of 3 wonderfull children, a 4 years old and two 3 years old. She's been doing scrapbooking since january 2007 with a little 18 months break when her twins were born. Carrie loves working with different mediums like : Distress Inks, Alcool Inks, Copics, Watercolors, Embossing, etc. She loves to explore, is very curious and ready to try anything. There's no limit for her, only her overwhelming imagination that sometimes sends her mind into overdrive!
Cassandra was introduced to scrapbooking in 2004 but only became an avid scrapper in 2008. She's an adventurous scrapper who likes to experiment and try out new techniques. Cassandra tends to scrap in 3 styles : Eclectic/Freestyle, Clean & Simple and Romantic/Shabby Chic. She's a stamp lover and has been a chipboard user for all her scrapbooking time. She's primarily a scrapbooker, then a card maker and lastly altered artist.
I’ve been married for 11 years to a wonderful man. We have 4 children aged between 4 and 9, 1 girl and 3 boys. I have a degree in data processing, and left my work 4 years ago to stay at home with my kids and my pets were I’m swimming in happiness.
I’ve been scrapping for nearly 6 years and it is still a true passion. I love participating in challenges, contests and magazine calls. I also give scrapbooking workshops. I love exploring techniques, creating,and innovating… May it be with pages, cards, objects… I love everything!!! I’m shamelessly a passionate crafter.

Hi, I was born on the old continent and more precisely Belgium.
I was offered a nurse job in Quebec in 2000 and since, I’ve got used to the cold canadian winters so so much that I never went back to my home country.
My Scientific training needed it’s Artistic conter part to balance out.
My father was a painter and photography lover. He tought me the basic of the latest and then I learned on my own.
So I did the big dive in scrapbooking in 2004, at first to create an album for my daughter and rapidly it became a passion, to this day it still allows me to put aside day to day stress. As an inconditionnal Nature lover I can combine long exscursions armed with my camera looking for the perfect shot while thinking about the layout that will be born from it…

Kim is the mother of two boys, she's 34 years old and works full time as a health professional. She's been scrapbooking since 2005 after the birth of her first child. Scrapbooking takes a big spot in her life, she does it everyday! On the internet you can find her under the alias Docteure Toc Toc and her blogue is pretty new. She's been scrapbooking on her own for a long time and since 2011 she browse the internet everyday. She likes to stay on top of the new styles, products and collection and is on the lookout for new techniques.
Hi I’m Nadine D’amours. Like my french last name indicates, I love a lot of things… especially scrapbooking! I started this hobby as a part of my work 4 years ago. I had to organize a scrap activity with 40 mothers. I did my first page then and since I have not stopped. You will notice my principal subjects are my travels and lately my little cat. You could describe my style like a mix of Shabby, Linear and Colorful! I have to admit I love all styles and I try to test lot of techniques on my pages!

My name is Pascale, Pascalou on forums. I work as a Legal Assistant but first of all I’m the mother of 2 wonderful children that I love with all my heart, Marilyne 18, a stylish little ray of sunshine and Patrick 15, talented sportsman with a kind heart. They are of course my main inspiration with my 3 cats. My family and friends don’t escape my camera either.
I discovered scrapbooking with a friend spring 2007 during a rough time in my life and I can say that scrapbooking helped me a lot. Since everything is good and I’ve become a total addict of that hobby which became a passion, a relaxing moment, my own little world.

My name is Sophie, I've been married for over 15 years and have 2 beautiful girls who are my main inspiration.
I discovered scrapbooking in 1997, and I feel in love with this new version of crafts that I used to make as a kid. 14 years later, I love it as much as I use to. Member of the "Art du scrapbooking" Design Team since March 2009, I also give classes and I animate a television parcel on "Vox Lanaudière" every month. Not too bad for a girl who hated arts at school!
I'm a technique Junky, and scrapbooking allows me to try a lot of new products and techniques, making wonderful souvenirs, it's a winning formula.
