Hi everyone, I have golden distressed mixed media card for you today.
I smooshed some distress oxide into the card and spread light molding paste through a small mandala stencil. I stamped the the small leaf stamp in green round the outer edge of the stenciling, sprayed the whole card with a gold mica spray and stamped the leaves again using black. I rubbed a white gold metallic wax over the stenciled area. The leaf was stamped, fussy cut and coloured with pencils. I used a distressing tool to distress the edges and mounted the panel on black textured card.
The card is so sparkly in real life.

LOVE that mandela stencil with the modelling paste. The gold spray overtop is really pretty.
ReplyDeleteI bet the gold spray and gold wax gives a gorgeous look in real life! Love the combination of so many media on the background. The green leaf is a great finishing element.
