Treats on Tuesday with Christine - La gâterie du mardi avec Christine

Hi everyone, this week I'm playing with some pencils and black mixed media card. 

I stamped the images of the of Echinacea twice on the card using Hero Arts Unicorn White ink and allowed it to dry. I coloured the flowers with Faber Castell Black  Edition Pencils then re-stamped the flowers with white ink again. When the ink was dry I added some Posca pen highlights to the flowers.

I didn't want the background to be a jet black so I used my white pencil and shaded around the flowers. I stamped and stenciled to add visual interest.
