Hi Everyone, Christine here with one of the new Magenta stamps for the fall. This one is a beautiful Boreal Owl which really stands alone on a card. If you want a quick and easy card select a more detailed stamp add a little colour and you're done.
My first card I used a brayer to add some colour to the top of the card to simulate the sky, I stamped the owl and coloured it with pencils then re-stamped image with archival ink to bring the detail back to the image.
For my second card - I stamped the image on mixed media Kraft card with Ranger distress ink. I used Gouache paint to colour the image then re-stamped to add the detail back into the owl. I stamped the script in Delicata gold and used gold foil card on the edges.
