Hello Magenta Friends! Cassandra here today sharing a gesso impression stamped, alcohol ink coloured card.
I started by spreading gesso out on a craft mat in a rectangular shape with a palette knife. Once the gesso set up a bit, I spritzed the Doodle Flower stamp with water and pressed it into the gesso twice. When dry, it is easy to peel off the craft mat. I painted the panel with alcohol ink (Tim Holtz Pool, Citrus and Flamingo) and blending solution. Once dry, I stamped on the Happy Birthday sentiment with Black Archival ink and mounted it on a 140 lb card base.
