Make your papers Magenta Style!/ Faites vos Papiers Magenta Style!

We all can do our own papers, all we need is a little imagination and a couple of great stamps! Here is a monochrome 6x12 layout I did with a picture of my cousin's oldest kid and below is a little hint on how I did it!

Nous pouvons tous créé nos propres papiers, tout ce qu'il faut, un peu d'imagination et quelques belles étampes! Voici une page 6X12 que j'ai fait avec une photo du plus vieux à ma cousine et plus bas quelques astuces sur comment j'ai fait!

Picked up a piece of plain cardstock that I messily inked with vintage photo Distress Ink, using the Tim Holtz Tool.

J'ai pris un bout de carton que j'ai grossièrement encré en utilisant l'outil de Tim Holtz et de la Distress Ink Vintage Photo.


Then I picked up some stamps I liked that where going with the look I wanted and since I wanted this layout to be monochrome I picked a Bisque color Chalk Ink from clearsnap cause they dry real fast. Then I stamped my clocks in the background, verrrrrrrryy carefully... humm really... no! DON'T over think this... let it flow...

Then I picked up my other stamp from the Magenta gigantic collection of stamps

That I stamped with the Distress Vintage Photo, I used the same stamp and ran it OUTSIDE of the paper using the florish as a border.

Ensuite j'ai choisi quelques étampes que j'aimais et qui allaient bien avec le look que je voulais et comme je voulais que cette page soit monochrome j'ai choisi un encreur Chalk de Clearsnap de couleur Bisque, l'avantage des encres Chalk c'est quelle sèche vite. Ensuite j'ai étampé mes horloges dans le fond, trèèèèèèèssss précisément... hummm vraiment... non! NE réfléchisssez PAS trop... laissez vous aller...

Étampe Dragon Magenta : 14.426.O
Que j'ai étampé avec l'encreur Distress Vintage Photo, J'ai utilisé la même étampe et l'ai étampé en dehors du papier me servant des arabesques comme d'une bordure.


I printed my picture in black and white and again using the Tim Holtz Tool I hinked the edges with the Distress Vintage photo ink I also used the same ink to color the shirt on the picture to give it a little twist!

J'ai imprimé ma photo en noir et blanc et encore utilisé ici l'outil Tim Holtz et l'encreur Distress Vintage Photo pour encrer le tour j'ai aussi utilisé la même encre pour colorier le chandail sur la photo pour lui donner un petit quelque chose de plus!


For the chipboard flower it was stamped, inked and accentuated with color pencil.

Pour le morceau de chipboard il fut étampé, encré et accentué avec des crayons de couleur.
