Hi everyone, todays card is a quick Holly and Berry card for my Christmas stash.

I stamped the holly sprigs using Versafine Clair morning mist in a row along the edge of the card. I  coloured them with pencils and added a little glossy accent to the berries to give them a little dimension. edged the cream card with a strip of red and some designer paper. To add a little interest I distressed the edge of the Designer Paper.

Hi everyone, I have a retro flower style card for you today.

My background is a gel print using glossy acrylic sprays and MC96 mask from my stash, it's been sitting there for over a year so I thought if was time to use it. I then layered the script and Urban alphabet stamps along with the flowers. All stamping was done with Versafine Clair inks and heat set to dry them. I coloured the images with a combination of pencil and alcohol pens on the petals and glitter pens for the centres. Before mounting it on white card I used a gold marker to give a faux mat along the edge.

I love the bold bright flowers against the more muted background it really makes the colours pop.

Hi everyone, I have a fun bubble background for my stamps today.

I used some distress ink refill in a small amount of water in a plastic cup and then added a squirt of dish detergent. Using a straw blow in the liquid to create lots of bubbles escaping the top of the cup. for this card I placed the card on top of the cup to pick up the bubbles, you can also scrape them off with a palate knife and place them on the card. As the bubbles pop they leave a beautiful bubbly background from the ink. 

I stenciled and stamped the images around the bubbles and stamped the sentiment in the centre.

Hi everyone, I have a fun puzzle card today.

I stenciled numbers on the base of the card, then stamped Swirl background. I stamped the Daisy, coloured it with pencils and added a little Wink of Stella for some sparkle in the centre. I then stamped the bursts round the out side of the flower. I used the puzzle die to die cut the image and placed all the pieces except one.

Hi Everyone, I have a super fast card for you today, perfect for the Make and Mail process just before Christmas 😅. I stamped the image on White cardstock coloured with pencils and a touch of glitter pen  on the wrapping and the box, and then embossed the card. The Embossing folder I used just embosses the leaves and berries round the outside framing the image. There are lots of Embossing folders out there that can do this.

Miranda here with one of my favorite subjects...cats........love them en Magenta has a lot of lovely cat stamps!

This one is called Mona Charlotte.......she is an adorable lady.

I have stamped her on a salted inky background of blues and gold browns. And I have colored/accented her in some areas to enhance more contrast.

She looks as she is saying; I am here for you' don't you think? So I thought this sentiment was a perfect match.

Y a-t-il sujet plus charmant qu’un chat endormi? Mais pourquoi y a-t-il une orange à ses côtés? Mystère!

Mis en couleur aux crayons de couleur. Le texte est étampé sur une forme amusante, retenue par une attache parisienne en forme de coeur dans laquelle sont glissés quelques fils d’or. Un gentil petit mot d’amour!

Is there a subject more charming than a sleeping cat? But why is there an orange next to it? Mystery!

Colored with colored pencils. The text is stamped on a fun shape of paper, held by a brad in the shape of a heart in which are slipped a few gold threads. A sweet little message of love!

Quelques couleurs d’encres sont brossées sur le papier de fond, sur lequel est ensuite étampé le grand motif un peu abstrait de papillons. L’étampe de papillon est étampée 2 fois, coloriée aux crayons de couleur, puis chacun est découpé pour être ajouté au montage. Pour ceux qui n’aiment pas trop découper de pareils détails, il est toujours possible de ne pas garder les antennes et de les dessiner sur la carte à la place… De bons petits ciseaux fins sont recommandés pour ceux qui s’y risquent!

Some colors of ink are brushed on the background paper, on which is then stamped the large, slightly abstract pattern of butterflies. The butterfly stamp is stamped twice, colored with colored pencils, then each one is cut out to be added to the layout. For those who don't really like to cut out such details, it is always possible not to keep the antennas and to draw them on the card instead... Good little fine scissors are recommended for those who dare!

Hello there,

Miranda here...I have two creations made with the lovely new birdies 0843.M

I had these inky backgrounds(fluid inks) quite a while in my stash. Always make a big pile when I am creating backgrounds.So I have always something to create on when I don't have much time to create it all.

The first one has just one colour in the background. I stamped the beautiful new flowers several times from light to dark.

And I colored the birds and branch with colored pencils. Gave some accents using a white gel pen and some spattering using white acrylic ink.

And the second one has been made using blues and browns....the white space always create some beautiful light....

Now adding some blue into the birds too.....also some spattering using white acrylic ink.

Depuis bientôt deux ans, il y a un chat qui visite mon jardin presque chaque jour. Sans collier, je ne sais s’il appartient à quelqu’un, mais en tous cas, il est mignon. Alors, en son honneur, j’ai mis celui-ci en couleur, aux crayons, dans des tons de gris qui lui ressemblent un peu.

For nearly two years, there has been a cat that has visited my garden almost every day. Without a collar, I don't know if it belongs to someone, but in any case, it is cute. So, in his honor, I put this stamped one in color, with pencils, in shades of gray that look a bit like him.

Aujourd’hui, c’est en sujet principal que j’ai étampé ce joli motif floral, alors qu’il m’avait servi de délicat décor il y a quelques temps. Mis en couleur aux crayons, assortis aux deux papillons étampés sur du papier blanc, coloriés et découpés. Un montage de papiers dans les mêmes tons de rose et vert agrémente cette carte.

Today, I stamped this pretty floral pattern as the main subject, while it had served me as a delicate decoration some time ago. Colored with pencils, matched with two butterflies stamped on white paper, colored and cut out. A layout of papers in the same shades of pink and green embellishes this card.

J’aime beaucoup ce genre de motif, qui peut tout aussi bien servir d’élément décoratif que de sujet principal. Je l’ai d’abord étampé en vert très pâle partout sur ma carte, en le tournant dans diverses directions pour éviter que le tout soit trop rigide. J’ai retracé le tout au fin marqueur noir, en ajoutant spirales et points pour remplir l’espace. 

J’ai étampé le texte sur un carton blanc, collé sur un carton vert à peine plus grand pour ne laisser qu’une fine ligne contrastante.

Enfin, j’ai repris le motif de feuillage et l’ai étampé quelque fois, toujours en vert pâle mais pour les colorier aux crayons et marqueurs, puis je les ai découpés comme s’il s’agissait de fleurs. 

Et j’ai composé une sorte de couronne autour du texte.

I really like this kind of pattern, which can serve as a decorative element as well as a main subject. I first stamped it in very pale green all over my card, twisting it in various directions to keep it from being too stiff. 

I traced the whole thing in fine black marker, adding spirals and dots to fill in the space.

I stamped the text on a white cardstock, glued on a slightly larger green cardstock to leave only a thin contrasting line.

Finally, I took again the foliage pattern and stamped it a few times, still in pale green but to be colored with pencils and markers, then I cut them out as if they were flowers. 

And I composed a kind of wreath around the text.

Un autre oiseau charmant et agréable à mettre en couleur aux crayons. Ici, j’ai d’abord brossé très délicatement de l’encre bleu, de manière à créer un ciel aux légers nuages. Encore une fois, j’ai prolongé les branches aux crayons de couleur pour leur faire traverser la carte plus logiquement. Les spirales sont tracées au fin marqueur noir.

Another charming bird, pleasant to color with pencils. Here, I first very delicately brushed blue ink, so as to create a sky with light clouds. Again, I extended the branches with colored pencil to make them cross the card more logically. The spirals are drawn with a fine black marker.

De temps en temps, j’aime bien faire des cartes toutes en longueur comme celle-ci. Je me contente de les couper à la dimension des enveloppes standard de bureau. J’ai eu envie de faire un champ complet rempli de ces jolies fleurs! Au crayon de couleur, tout simplement. Pour les répartir également, j’ai d’abord étampé le motif au centre, puis de chaque côté, jusqu’à remplir la carte.

Once in a while, I like to make long cards like this. I just cut them to the size of standard office envelopes. 

I wanted to make a full field filled with these pretty flowers! Just in colored pencil. 

To distribute them evenly, I first stamped the design in the center, then on each side, until I filled the card.
