A Fun Day and A Lot of Cards Made / Une journée agréable et plusieurs cartes

Hello, Ginny here. I recently went to a Stamping get together that I found through Split Coast Stampers.  I have made some great friends with this group and I'm really thankful to have this creative outlet!

One of my swaps was for a "No Vendor Required" swap which means I can pick the vendor and supplies.  Naturally, one of my picks was Magenta! For these 16 cards, I used two Magenta Stamps, Thinking of You Dandelion Tile and

Bonjour, Ginny ici. Je suis récemment allé à un rassemblement de passionnées d'étampes que j'ai trouvé à travers Split Coast Stampers. Je me suis fait de très bons amis avec ce groupe et je suis vraiment reconnaissante d'avoir fait cette sortie créative!

Un de mes projet était pour un échange «Aucun vendeur requis», ce qui signifie que je pouvais choisir le fournisseur et les fournitures. Naturellement, l'un de mes choix était Magenta! Pour ces 16 cartes, j'ai utilisé deux timbres Magenta, et

I stamped out and coloured my images.

J'ai étampé et mis en couleur l'image.

For the Garden Warbler bird one, I stamped and then cut the area I wanted to use.

Pour the Garden Warbler bird, j'ai étampé et coupé la partie que je désirais utiliser.

For the Dandelion Tile flower, I coloured with alcohol marker and glitter brush pens.

Pour the Dandelion Tile flower,  je l'ai mis en couleur avec des marqueurs à l'alcool et des pinceaux à paillettes

I did these in a production style manner.

J'ai fait un travail à la chaîne.

I then, stamped and cut my background papers, assembled, and added to card bases.

Ensuite, j'ai étampé et coupé mon papier d'arrière-plan, j'ai assemblé et ajouté sur la carte.

For the small bird, I added a lot of glossy accents to each one to give it a tile appearance.

Sur le petit oiseau, j'ai ajouté beaucoup de "glossy accents" sur chaque pour leur donner l'apparence d'une tuile.

I really enjoyed making these cards for the swap, there was just so much room for colour play with these beautiful images!

J'ai vraiment aimé faire ce projet pour l'échange de cartes, il y avait tellement de place pour le jeu de couleurs avec ces belles images!
