Hi everyone, my card today has these beautiful poppies as the main focal point and the gel print and leaves behind. I created my gel print with by brayering ink on my gel plate, I took my first print on copy paper to remove some of the ink between the stencils then removed the stencil and used my card to take the print. I stamped the leaf sprig and the poppies and coloured in the leaves with watercolour pencils. I stamped the poppies on a separate piece of card sprayed with red and orange mica sprays and fussy cut the poppies. Before gluing them down I used a black pen to run along the edge.

You can see the sparkle on the poppy flowers from the mica sprays.

Hi everyone, another bubble background this time the card was placed over the cup of bubbles to create the circular imprint with bubbles in the  middle of the prints.

I stamped the silhouette bird on the wire and extended the wires to the edge of the card. I then stamped the thistles as second generation ink to give a much softer image and outlined the card using a metallic pen to give a faux mat.

Hi everyone, I have a fun bubble background for my stamps today.

I used some distress ink refill in a small amount of water in a plastic cup and then added a squirt of dish detergent. Using a straw blow in the liquid to create lots of bubbles escaping the top of the cup. for this card I placed the card on top of the cup to pick up the bubbles, you can also scrape them off with a palate knife and place them on the card. As the bubbles pop they leave a beautiful bubbly background from the ink. 

I stenciled and stamped the images around the bubbles and stamped the sentiment in the centre.

Hi everyone, I have a die cut eclipse card using the pretty Chickadee on the berry branch. 

The image was stamped and coloured twice, the first coloured image was die cut with a background die. I die cut two additional pieces of card with the die and adhered them to the back of the die cut image aligning the holes to give dimension. I then adhered the second image to the back. The uncut die image then fills in the whole image giving a cool 3D effect.
