Magenta, c'est aussi des fleurs! / Magenta, it's also flowers!

Les fleurs de papier sont mes préférées! J'ai décidé de vous montrer un petit tutoriel pour fabriquer des fleurs avec les papiers Magenta!!!

Paper flowers are my favorites! I decided to present you a little step by step to make flowers using Magenta Papers!!!

D'abord, vous devez avoir deux ou trois poinçons avec un motif de fleurs à cinq pétales. Poinçonner trois fleurs du gros format, deux du moyen et une ou deux du petit format, selon la grosseur de la fleur que vous voulez faire. Pour la petite fleur, je n'avais pas de poinçon assez petit, alors j'ai coupé le bout des pétales du moyen format. Ensuite, vous devez avoir de la colle, une bouteille pour vaporiser de l'eau, de l'encre de votre choix et un pinceau ou une baguette de bois.

First you need two or three punches with five petals flower motifs. Punch three of the big one, two of the medium and one or two of the small one, depending of the size you want to obtain. For the small flowers, I didn't have a punch small enough, so I cutted the tip of the petals of the medium size. Then, you need glue, a small vaporising bottle filled with water, ink of your choice and a paintbrush or wood stick.

Une fois les fleurs poinçonner, encrez le contour des pétales :

Once your flowers are punched, inked the edge of the petals :

Vaporisez généreusement chaque fleur pour rendre le papier malléable :

Generously spray water on each flower to make the paper easy to manipulate :

Avec le bout du pinceau, enroulez les pétales pour leurs donner une forme arrondie :

With the tip of your paintbrush, roll the petals to give them a rounded shape :

Gardez le pétale sur le pinceau et pincez-le de chaque côté pour le froisser. Attention, si le papier n'est pas assez mouillé il déchirera.

Keep the petal on the brush and pinch each side to make it crumple. Careful if the paper is not wet enough it will rip.

Sur un tapis mousse, pressez le pinceau au coeur de la fleur pour la faire courber.

On a foam mat press the tip of the paintbruch at the center of the flower to make it curve.

Si vous le désirez, vous pouvez aussi pincer la fleur sur la base du pinceau :

If you want, you can also pinch the flower on the paintbrush's base :

Laissez sécher complètement les fleurs une fois ce travail terminé, ensuite vous pourrez faire le montage.

Let the flowers dry completely after that, then you'll be able to assemble them.

Pour le montage, collez les fleurs par étage en décallant les pétales. J'ai trouvé plus facile de le faire par grandeur de fleurs et ensuite de coller l'ensemble :

To assemble, glue the flowers by alternating the petals spacing. I found it easier to do all the flowers of one size first and then glue the different sizes together :

Une fois le montage terminé, vous pouvez laisser le bout des pétales rond ou les pincer pour donner un autre effet. Ensuite, vous encrez de nouveau pour rehausser certains détails :

Once your assembling is done, you can leave the tip of the petals round or pinch them to give it another look. Then you can ink them again to pop details up :

Pour les très petites fleurs, je n'ai utilisé que le petit format de fleur. J'ai modifié le bout des pétales avec les ciseaux.

For the very small flowers, I only used the small punch size. I modified the tip of the petals with scissors.

Prenez chaque pétale et froissez-le :

Take each petal and crumple it :

Aidez-vous avec la pointe d'un pinceau pour courber la fleur et faciliter le montage :

Use the tip of a paintbrush to curve the flower and make the assembling easier :

Appliquer la colle pour faire le montage et utilisez la pointe du pinceau ou d'un stylus pour presser les étages ensemble:

Apply glue and use the tip of a paintbrush or stylus to press the layers together :

Retravaillez les pétales pour former la fleur finale :

Rework the petals to shape the final flower :
