... il est grand temps que le printemps arrive!

The background was first primed with gesso, and then scratched into with the wood of a waterbrush. It gives the beautiful structure on the bird when I stamped on it (a happy accident, yes!)

La surface a d'abord été apprêté avec du gesso ensuite gratté avec le bout de bois d'un pinceau aquarelle. Cela a donné une belle structure à l'oiseau lorsque je l'ai étampé (c'est ce que l'on appelle un accident heureux!).

So ... keep playing, and accidents happen anyway, so make sure they're happy ones!

Alors... continuer d'explorer, les accidents arrivent de toute façon, alors autant que ce soit d'heureux accidents!
