After I experimented with multiple Alcool Inks color combo, I had a few projects that were perfect for this technique. I started by stamping my main subject with white ink and embossed it with white powder. With a template of circles of various sizes, I applied luminescent white ink with a sponge. The circles are randomly placed and overlap a little. I applied more ink around the bigger circles to make them look like spheres.

It's possible to tone down colours that are too bright or to give backgrounds a little punch with this technique!
