I had some interesting shaped Magenta patterned paper scraps from the smallest circles of my "Circle of Friends" layout. I thought they would make great abstract backgrounds for some ATCs so I used them and some of the other altered scrap paper leftover pieces to create these two ATCs.
J'avais quelques morceaux de papier décoratifs de Magenta qui m'étaient restés de plus petits cercles de ma page "Circle of Friends". Je pensais qu'ils feraient de super abstraits pour les ATC, donc je les ai utilisés ainsi que d'autres morceaux pour créer ces deux ATC.
To make them, I gessoed 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" kraft cardstock pieces. Next, I stamped a script Vintage Letter background on one and a Sheet of Music background on the other and then used more gesso to adhere the circle scraps in different designs. Then, I heat embossed the Make Time to Play and Art sentiments on each different background.
Pour les faire, j'ai mis du gesso sur des morceaux de 2 1/2 "x 3 1/2" de carton kraft. Ensuite, j'ai étampé un fond de lettre ancienne sur l'un et un fond de partition musicale sur l'autre et ensuite utilisé plus de gesso pour adhérer les restes de cercle disposés de façon différente. Ensuite, j'ai embossé les textes Make Time to Play et Art sur chacun des fonds.
Next, I used the two distressed Small Asian Bubble Flowers that I had leftover and punched small and smaller flowers out of the stamped flowers' surrounding distress paper. To finish them off, I adhered the flowers in different arrangements and to one I added jewels...
Ensuite, j'ai utilisé les deux petites fleurs d'orient distressées que j'avais et poinçonné de petites et plus petites fleurs dans un papier distressé. Pour finir, j'ai collé les fleurs dans des arrangements différents et à une j'ai ajouté des brillants ...
and to the other, I added black glitter glue.
et sur l'autre, j'ai ajouté de la colle glitter noire.
Using up layout scraps to make cards and/or ATCs is quick and easy. The leftover pieces are already colour coordinated and using them is a great way to avoid wastage. Just another way to make your crafting supplies go that little bit further.
L'utilisation de morceaux inutilisés de mise en page pour créer des cartes et / ou des ATC est rapide et facile. Les morceaux restants sont déjà coordonnés de couleur et les utiliser est un excellent moyen d'éviter le gaspillage. Juste une autre façon de d'utiliser le plus possible votre matériel.

These are both beautiful! And to think you used scraps to complete them. The gesso on kraft is a great look - will have to get some.
