Carpe Diem

This card is made with a stamping platform. 
A great tool to give bold stamps a watercolor look.  

Cette carte est faite avec un outil pour étamper.

Un excellent outil pour donner aux étampes pleines un look aquarelle.

I inked up the bold flower with 2 colors of distress ink (Salty Ocean and Wilted Violet and give it a bit of spray with water before stamping it of on the water color paper. If necessary you can do re-ink your stamp and add a second layer on top. 

Once all flowers are stamped with the above method I went in with a blending tool and colored the background lighthly with distress ink Tea Dye.

And than adding some background stamps to finish the card.

J'ai encré la fleur avec 2 couleurs d'encre Distress ("Salty Ocean" et "Wilted Violet" et je l'ai vaporiser avec un peu d'eau avant de l'étamper sur le papier aquarelle.) Si nécessaire, vous pouvez ré-encrer votre étampe et ajouter une deuxième couche sur le dessus.

Une fois que toutes les fleurs sont étampées avec la méthode ci-dessus, je suis allée avec un outil de mélange et j'ai coloré l'arrière-plan avec de l'encre Distress "Tea Dye".

Et j'ai ajouté quelques étampes texture pour terminer la carte.
