Tranquil Tuesday with Jane - Les mardis tranquilles avec Jane

Today, I am sharing a tag with a sentiment that is close to my heart, as I often try push myself to try new things and venture out of my comfort zone.

Aujourd'hui je partage avec vous une étiquette qui a un sentiment qui me parle car souvent je me force pour essayer de nouvelles choses et aventures qui me font sortir de ma zone de confort.

I colored the tag with Salty Ocean and Peeled Paint Distress Oxide Inks.  I lightly spritzed water on the Flourish stamp and placed it on the tag, dabbing the water off with a paper towel to remove the ink. I repeated the process several times on the tag, cleaning the stamp each time so I would not transfer colors. I used Jet Black Archival Ink to stamp the sentiment and Garden Birdhouse. I stamped the birdhouse again on another piece of mixed media paper, fussy cut the house  portion and adhered it to the tag. I colored it with Fired Brick Distress Oxide Ink. 

J'ai d'abord coloré l'étiquette avec des encres Distress Oxide ("Salty Ocean" et "Peeled Paint").  J'ai légèrement vaporisé de l'eau sur l'étampe de spirales et je l'ai étampé sur l'étiquette, l'essuyant avec un essuie-tout pour enlever l'encre entre chaque opération que j'ai répété quelques fois en prenant soin d'essuyer l'encre à chaque fois. J'ai étampé le sentiment et la maison d'oiseau avec de l'encre Archival noire.  J'ai étampé de nouveau la maison que j'ai découpé à la main puis collé en place après l'avoir mise en couleur avec des encres Distress Oxydy "Fired Brick".
