Welcome back to Super Saturday. Recently I’ve been making lots of Valentine’s Day
cards for a project at my church, so I thought I’d share one with you
today.
Bienvenue à Super samedi. Récemment, j’ai confectionné de nombreuses cartes de la Saint-Valentin pour un projet dans mon église; j’ai donc pensé en partager une avec vous aujourd’hui.
I used the Wavy Texture stencil to create the design on the background for this card. I taped a piece of Kraft cardstock to the stencil and ran it through my Big Shot embossing machine using the rubber pad. This created the texture on the paper. Before removing the stencil from the paper I patted the entire surface with VersaMark ink. I removed the stencil, covered the surface of the paper with gold embossing powder, then heat set it. I stamped the Heart Burst stamp with dark red ink on a separate square of Kraft cardstock, then embossing with gold powder. I also ran the edge of the square along the VersaMark pad, then dipped it in embossing powder to add a tiny bit of gold along the edges. Thanks for stopping by the blog today. J'ai utilisé le pochoir texture ondulée pour créer le motif sur le fond de cette carte. J'ai collé un morceau de papier cartonné Kraft sur le pochoir et l'ai passé dans ma machine à embosser Big Shot à l'aide du caoutchouc. Cela a créé la texture sur le papier. Avant de retirer le pochoir du papier, j'ai tapoté toute la surface avec l'encre VersaMark. J'ai enlevé le pochoir, recouvert la surface du papier avec de la poudre à embosser dorée, puis je l'ai thermofixé. J'ai étampé le coeur avec de l'encre rouge foncé sur un carré séparé de papier cartonné Kraft, puis embossé avec de la poudre d'or. J'ai également embossé en doré la tranche du carré pour ajouter un tout petit peu d'or sur les bords. Merci de votre visite sur le blog aujourd'hui.
