Sur du papier aquarelle 100% cotton, Fabriano "Cold pressed" 140lbs, j'ai étampé la grande églantine avec de l'encres Distress Old Paper. La couleur des marqueurs Tombow a été utilisé en technique aquarelle. J'ai déposé la couleur sur mon tapis téflon, pour ensuite l'appliquée à l'aide d'un pinceau et de l'eau. J'ai peint les pétales une à la fois, en prenant soin d'alterner les sections pour laisser un temps de séchage et ne pas faire fuir la couleur d'une section à l'autre. Le pastel Neocolor blanc alterné aux marqueurs Tombow, m'a aidé à ajouter de la lumière. L'arrière-plan a été réalisé à la toute fin, une fois les fleurs bien sèche. Le souhait a été alors étampé et embossé et les étamines redessinées avec de l'encre permanente noir et colorée avec un crayon permanent blanc.
