Treats on Tuesday with Christine - La gâterie du mardi avec Christine

Hi Everyone, it's Christine here with the my second Marbled background from the same print. This one is quite different from last weeks card.
I stamped the dot image down the side of the paper then stencilled the mandala image using clear gloss gel and allowed it to dry. These stencils have an outer frame so great for protecting the edge of your work.
Once it was dry I sprayed the paper with Nuance powder mixed with water. When it was dry I blended black distress inks around the edge of the stencilled image. I wiped off the excess ink from the gloss gel and stamped the script in white, again I wiped off the ink from the gel surface. Finally I stamped the mandala onto card stock using Versamark and heat Embossed pearlized navy embossing powder. I sprayed the mandala with the same Nuance watercolour mix and then fussy cut it when dry.

You can see a faint image of the marbling  under the black ink.
