Inspirational Friday with Mariëtte / L'inspiration du vendredi avec Mariëtte

Today an easy technique with a stencil for you.

Pour vous aujourd'hui une technique facile avec un pochoir.

On water color paper blend some different colors of distress oxide inksi and than place the petal blossom stencil on top of it. Mist a little bit of water over the stencil and put down a paper towel over the stencil. This way you soak up the water from the stencil and simultaneously you remove also the color thru the openings of the stencil. Lift of your stencil and put again a dry paper towel flat over your background to remove the remaining water.

With a white gel pen trace the outline of the flowers to make them pop even more. I added some washi tape, text label and a stamped heart embellishment.

Sur du papier aquarelle, mélangez différentes couleurs d'encres Distress Oxide et placez le pochoir de fleur de pétale dessus. Vaporisez un peu d'eau sur le pochoir et posez une serviette en papier sur le pochoir. De cette façon, vous absorbez l'eau du pochoir et vous supprimez simultanément la couleur à travers les ouvertures du pochoir. Soulevez votre pochoir et remettez une serviette en papier sèche à plat sur votre fond pour éliminer l'eau restante.

Avec un stylo gel blanc, tracez le contour des fleurs pour les faire ressortir encore plus. J'ai ajouté du ruban adhésif washi, une étiquette de texte et un embellissement de coeur étampé.
