Treats on Tuesday with Christine - La gâterie du mardi avec Christine

Hi Everyone, it's Christine here with some background stamping and stencilling to create a mixed media card.

I started with a background which was sprayed with Nuance powders mixed with water and then used Distress Oxide (Vintage Photo)  with the Mandala stencil. I randomly stamped over the background with the circles dots and script stamps. Finally for the background I used texture paste through the letter stencil. Texture paste pulls colour from the layer below, you can see the hints of brown green and blue in the letters.
I stamped the cone flower on card stock and coloured  them using pencils, I extended the stems to have the flowers higher on the card.
