Hi Everyone, it's Christine here with a Dendritic print and stencil background. I recently saw a cool technique at Joggles blog with acrylic paint smooshed between two pieces of acetate and when opened up a piece of card stock picks up the print when it's placed on the acetate. By pressing lightly I created what looked like seaweed floating in the sea, of course this made me pull out my tropical fish to create the cards.
I stenciled the back ground with distress oxide inks then stamped my fishes and coloured them in with pencils.
I also added some glossy accents to look like bubbles.
The Dendritic print adds a little texture to the image
As the acrylic paint is smooshed between two pieces of acetate you can then take two prints. Here's the second which has a little more detail to the background with some stamping in addition to the stenciling.
