Hi Everyone, it's Christine here with some quick and easy Christmas cards using glitter to give a wonderful sparkle.
I created the background for each of the cards using stamps and stencils. Once I was happy with the images I used a strip of 6" wide Sookwang tape to cover it. I then covered the Sookwang with Martha Stewart glitter, a finer glitter works the best. Burnish the glitter into the tape and brush off the excess.
The image below shoes the sticky Sookwang before and after the glitter. This such an easy way of adding a little sparkle to your cards.
My last card was the one I sent to Melitta for the November card exchange. The background for this card was stamped with an embossing folder and then covered in glitter.
Ink up your embossing folder with any dye inks and press them on the card.
