Inspirational Friday with Mariëtte / L'inspiration du vendredi avec Mariëtte

Valentine is coming up soon.

On watercolor paper I placed the heart mask and started to watercoloring around the mask in blue and purple nuance colors. Removed the mask and spritzed some water to let the color bleed into the heart. After drying I put back the mask and added some shading around it with a colored pencil and faded it out.
