Today a with sympathy card, not always easy to make, Besides the fact it's emotional to make, you also need to find a balance in color and composition.
For this card I choose to brayer some distress oxide inks, walnut stain and speckled egg onto a small rectangle gelli plate. Stamped the leaf onto the gelli plate to lift offs the color. Than I took the print directly onto the card base.
Stamped the same leaf again on the card with black ink. With a wet brush and some speckled egg distress ink added some extra color to the leaves which also activated the oxide ink from the print.
Added some text randomly in the background with brown ink. Added a Dutch with sympathy text in black at the bottom of the print.
