Hi Everyone, it's Christine here with with this beautiful daisy and leaf on a gelli print background.
I tried an image transfer or image resist using Stazon ink, you can find the tutorial here.
It wasn't a total success but in the end I liked the grungy distressed look created by using the magazine page.
I stamped the large daisy and leafy branch using Versafine Clair Nocuturn and coloured them with pencils. I stamped the sentiment with the same ink and heat embossed with clear embossing powder.
This is a technique that I want to try again with black acrylic paint and Stazon to see if I can improve my prints.
Here is a close up of the image print.

Transfer is fabulous on the gelli plate and you have nailed it perfectly. xx
Love this card! Great contrast between the vibrant orange flower and the subtle background.
You have a unique gift for creating amazing cards and your backgrounds are so unique. I believe that the company Magenta should hire you as his full-time designer.
Awesome print background! Love that daisy!
Fantastic print background Christine. Looking forward to seeing the video on how to do this. LOVE the bright orange flower and lovely green leaves to pop against the mostly white and black background.
Cool technique with amazing results even though you didn’t think it was as successful. Beautiful pencil colouring as always.
oh my gosh, Christine, this came out well. Love the background and that pretty flower! Hugz
