Hi Everyone, here's another Gelli print as a background to this pretty bird. I stamped the leaves in the Gelli plate to remove the acrylic paint before I pulled to print on card stock.
I stenciled the leaves using acrylic paint and then stamped the chickadee with the blossoms in Versamark ink and used liquid platinum embossing powder. I used coloured pencils to colour the chickadee and the cherry blossoms. The white pencil wouldn't colour over the acrylic paint so I used a white Posca pen. I added a little of the script stamp around the edges of the image.
Here's a close up of the chickadee and the blossom.
