Hi Everyone, it's Christine here with a very CAS watercolour card and this great branches with bird stamp. Perfect for a quick and easy card.
I tore some masking tape to create a frame around a piece of water colour card. I sprayed two colours of Nuance powders (Aquamarine and Chartreuse) on the surface. While it was still wet I sprinkled salt over the it to create speckles of interest. I lightly stamped the background with a script stamp using Ranger Archival Ink, then stamped the branches with the birds over the top in Versafine Clair.
the close up shows the speckles from the salt.

Beautiful CAS card with a great technique with the salt and the torn edges of the masking tape is so creative Christine x.
I love this Christine. I had forgotten how much fun it is to use salt over watercolors.
Simply beautiful. Love the torn edges and salted texture.
Beautiful - love the colours and the uneven edges. Great choice of stamps!
