Voici plusieurs cartes dans le même esprit, mais je n’arrivais pas à choisir ma préférée…
Elles suivent toutes la même recette simple.

They all follow the same simple recipe.
Le motif principal est étampé au centre d’un carré de papier cartonné blanc (assurez-vous de le faire bien droit pour que les ornements soient suspendus logiquement…), puis rehaussé de crayon de couleur. On peut aussi ajouter comme ici d’autres détails aux ornements avec des marqueurs métalliques, ou du marqueur noir un peu partout si désiré, y compris pour figurer un cadre. Et il y a juste la place pour un petit texte comme ce « Joyeux Noël ».
Le niveau de fond est légèrement colorié en brossant de l’encre directement sur la largeur de papier qui sera visible, puis le motif de houx est répété pour couvrir le tout. Du marqueur or ou argent est ajouté dans ce motif.
Lors du montage, on peut soit ajouter un papier de couleur ou tracer une ligne de marqueur autour du carton central, afin qu’il se détache mieux du fond. Stickles et Glossy Accents sont toujours amusants, même si je n’en ai pas mis ici.
The main design is stamped in the center of a square of white cardstock (make sure you do it straight so that the ornaments hang logically...), then enhanced with colored pencil. You can also add other details to the ornaments as here with metallic markers, or black marker if desired, including for a frame. And there is just room for a little text like this "Joyeux Noël".
The background is colored lightly by brushing ink directly across the width of the paper that will be visible, then the holly pattern is repeated to cover it all. Gold or silver marker is added in this design.
During assembly, you can either add colored paper or draw a marker line around the central cardstock, so that it stands out better from the background. Stickles and Glossy Accents are still fun,
although I haven't put any here.
