Inspirational Friday with Mariëtte / L'inspiration du vendredi avec Mariëtte

This poinsettia stamp is my favorite of this year's Christmas release

The poinsettia is stamped with versamark and heat embossed with gold embossing powder and water color it with distress inks and a very quick way. Added some white highlights to the flower.

Colored the background around the flower with green distress inks and faded it out with a water brush. Stamped the Christmas song stamp lightly with red ink in the background. Added some gold and red splashes with Twinkle Tones watercolors (homemade by Dianne & Pam)

Stamped the text on a separate piece of white cardstock and cut out the sentences, colored the edges with green distress ink and glued it onto the card.
