Inspirational Friday with Mariëtte / L'inspiration du vendredi avec Mariëtte

One of my favorite flower stamps; the linen flower duo.

With a brayer I rolled bits and pieces of distress oxide colors over a structured watercolor paper. I kept some white spaces and spritzed the whole background with some water to let the colors bleed. Once dry I adhered also some white acrylic paint with the brayer.

Stamped the flower with brown ink and heat set it with clear embossing powder. Masked off the flower and did some stamping in the background. Removed the mask and uncolored the flower with bleach. Once dry I start coloring the flowers again.

Stamped the sentiment with brown ink and made small labels of it.
