Hi Everyone, Christine here with one of my favourite bird stamps and Simon Hurley stamping foam.
- I stamped the large Simon Hurley stamping foam after heating into the embossing folder to create the image for stamping.
- I swiped Distress Oxide inks over the surface of the foam and lightly spritzed with water before stamping on Mixed Media card stock.
- I let the image dry then stamped the image of the bird.
- The bird was coloured with pencils and gouache used for the white are on the face. Gouache is more opaque to cover the background colour.
- I then stamped the wildflowers randomly over the background avoiding the bird.
