Hi everyone, I have two quick Christmas cards for you today. I used an Elegant Writer 2.0mm (Speedball product) which is a calligraphy pens that react to water. I used the pen directly on the stamp and stamped the image. I then use a brush and water to allow the colour to spread into the image.
I used Weathered wood distress ink to stamp the sentiments.
When water activates the black ink you get hints of green purple and blue all merging in the water.

Fabulous cards, Christine. Love the colour you got from watercolouring with the Elegant Writer.
Both of these are so pretty, Christine! I have yet to use my Elegant Writer in this way and whenever I see it in action I think I really need to. Then I get distracted before I use it.
