Inspirational Friday with Mariette / L'inspiration du vendredi avec Mariette

I have been playing with Nuance and Distress Oxide inks on the gelli plate to create the background of this card.

Pour créer le fond de cette carte j'ai travaillé avec des poudres Nuance et des encres Distress Oxide sur une plaque "gelli".

I stamped my focal point, the dogwood branch thru the opening of the heart stencil. And once stamped I removed the color with bleach and placed the inner part of the stencil on top of it and blended some shadow around it.

Added some background stamps and adhered a butterfly for the finishing touch.

J'ai étampé mon point focal, la branche à travers l'ouverture du pochoir de coeur. Une fois étampée, j'ai enlevé la couleur avec de l'eau de javel et j'ai placé la partie intérieure du pochoir par-dessus et j'ai ajouté de l'ombre tout au tour.

J'ai ajouté quelques étampes de fond et j'ai collé le papillon pour terminer.
