Ellie's creative Monday / Lundi créatif d'Ellie ....

I adhered this gelliprint from my stash in my art journal as a starting point.

J'ai collé ce gelliprint dans mon journal d'art comme point de départ.

I stamped the Fall Leaf Twig on the page to create a border down the bottom of the spread. I covered the spread with a transparent gesso.
Splattering white acrylic paint is always fun.. it turns out to be everywhere on my craft sheet...

J'ai étampé la brindille de feuille d'automne sur la page pour créer une bordure en bas des pages. J'ai couvert l'écart avec un gesso transparent. Éclabousser la peinture acrylique blanche est toujours amusant .. il s'avère être partout sur mon plan de travail ...

I added color to the leaves and the gelliprint's background with watercolor pencils. I drew white around the images with an acrylic marker to make them pop.

J'ai ajouté de la couleur aux feuilles et à l'arrière-plan avec des crayons aquarelle. J'ai ajouté du blanc autour des images avec un marqueur acrylique pour les faire ressortir.

I finished it off with some journaling by stamping the Good Friends sentiment stamp on a strip of leftover gelliprint paper.

J'ai terminé avec des phrases étampées sur des retailles de gelliprint.

I LOVE to just play in my art journal; it's not always a masterpiece, but who cares?!

J'ADORE jouer avec mon journal d'art; c'est n'est pas toujours une grande oeuvre d'art, mais qui s'en souci?!
