Sur un carton assez épais pour supporter la peinture, j'ai appliqué la peinture acrylique à la spatule en couches superposées. Le carton a été complètement séché avant de poursuivre, le résultat étant un peu foncé pour ajouter autre chose. Donc j'ai voulu diminuer l'intensité des couleurs avec le cache Mandala Quad et avec un crayon de bois blanc, j'ai tracé les motifs. Une fois les motifs tracés, j'ai intensifié certaines formes de blanc, de rose et de jaune toujours avec les crayons de bois. Les fleurs de l'ensemble pluie de pétales ont été étampées sur du carton rose et nuancées avec du crayon de bois blanc. J'ai créé une étiquette pour le texte et maté avec le même carton rose que les fleurs pour le rappel de couleur.
On a piece of cardboard thick enough to support paint, I applied acrylic paint with a spatula in superimposed layers. The cardboard was completely dried before continuing, the result being a little dark to add something else. I wanted to decrease the intensity of the colors with the Mandala Quad stencil. I used a white colored pencil, to trace the patterns. Once the patterns were traced, I intensified certain areas of the white, pink and yellow, all with colored pencils. The flowers of the Petal Blossoms stamp set were stamped onto pink cardstock and accented with white colored pencil. I created a label for the sentiment and matted it with the same pink cardstock as the flowers to pick up the color.
