Hi everyone, happy Valentines day đź’–.
To make this card I pounced some Versamark on red card using cling wrap and heated platinum embossing powder. I then layered it on black card. I die cut the heart then crimped the background with my paper crimper. It was fun to dust it off.
I stamped the heart/music background on white card and placed it behind the opening, adding a few of the little hearts from the die cut portion. I stamped the sentiment in grey and outlined with a fine tip pen.

Wow, Christine, this is awesome. Lots of detail and I love the touch of gold. I forgot about crimping and know I have one somewhere. What fun hearts those are!
You're inspiring me to pull out my crimper!! Love how much texture it adds to the background. Love the main heart with some of the black hearts showing through. It's a fabulous card!
What a great idea to do this technique on the red and then to crimp it! Wow! I love this background and the pretty hearts!
Absolutely gorgeous looks like this was a happy make and a beautiful result.. great pouncing technique x
Gorgeous and artsy valentine card, Christine! Love the crimped texture of the randomly gold heat-embossed background!
