Hi Everyone, it's Christine here with a leaf fall card for you.
I created my background using Distress Oxide inks rubbing some from the ink pad onto my craft mat spritzing with water and then dipping the paper in the ink. I heat dried between layers.
I then placed the stencil over the background and blended the new Crackling Campfire Distress Oxide to create the leaves. I outlined the leaves in a Sakura Micron pen and drew in the veins of the leaf.
I used Tim Holtz clear crackle paint and spread it over the leaves with the stencil in place and allowed it to dry and create those wonderful cracks. To enhance the cracks I used some watered down some Liquitex Acrylic ink (burned umber). I opted to leave two of the leaves without the crackle texture paste.
